Supplements

Many people have asked us what supplements do we take?  We take the following supplements daily:

 Vitamin B-12  500 mcg. 

 Vitamin D3  2000 IU's    We live in northern latitudes and we take this especially October - May when we can't get vitamin D thru sun exposure.

 1 T. ground flaxseed meal for omega 3's
