These are the perfect treat when you are craving chocolate and peanut butter. They are very easy to make but can be a little sticky.
1 box Rice Crispy Treats
1 bag Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
½ cup Parker’s Farms Peanut Butter
Topping
1 bag Enjoy Life Brand Chocolate Chips
7 T. Almond Milk
In a large 8 cup Pyrex glass measuring cup, place marshmallows and peanut butter. Melt on high for 1 ½ minutes. Spray a spatula with non stick cooking spray and stir. If all of the marshmallows are not melted, place back in microwave for 20 second intervals until completely melted.
Pour mixture on top of marshmallows and mix well. Spray a 9” X 13” pan with cooking spray and wipe out excess spray. Spread mixture firmly into pan. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and the almond milk over low heat. Once the chocolate is completely melted, spread the chocolate on top of peanut butter treats. Refrigerate for an hour and cut into squares.
