This is actually the same spread I use in my lasagna. I love the sun dried tomatoes in this spread. Perfect to serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables or a nice spread on sandwiches.
2 cans cannellini beans, drain ½ the liquid
½ cup sun dried tomatoes, julienned
½ t. oregano
½ t. salt
1 clove garlic
Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor and combine well. Spoon the bean spread into a serving dish and garnish with a bit of oregano.
