My friend Susan shared this recipe with me. It is her favorite green smoothie recipe that her family loves. The girls absolutely loved these, although at first they were skeptical when we put the kale in with the fruit. These are perfect for anyone for a quick breakfast or after workout drink.
2 cups vanilla almond milk
2 frozen bananas
1 ½ - 2 cups frozen pineapple
2 cups kale or fresh baby spinach
Dash of cinnamon
Place the bananas, pineapple, kale, almond milk and cinnamon into a blender or a food processor. Blend well and serve.
