I would recommend this book for all people interested in the exuberant health that comes from a whole food plant based diet. This is one of the most seminal and important books of our age as it offers a remarkable big picture awareness that synthesizes across so many levels of human understanding and endeavor. As I read this book, profound insights arose one after the other that illuminate our human predicament and showed the way back to a healthy and joyful lifestyle. This is a masterful work by one of the greatest teachers of our age.
